FIND YOUR TRAIL THIS MAY
This May, in alignment with Mental Health Awareness Month, the Grace Trail framework activates nationwide. From university campuses to veteran centers, we are creating intentional spaces to interrupt the noise and practice resilience.
Explore the schedule below to find a community walk near you—or reach out to bring the movement to your own landscape.
THE MOVEMENT
Every May, in alignment with Mental Health Awareness Month, communities across the Grace Trail network are creating space for an intentional pause.
A Month to Walk, Reflect, and Share
As the season shifts, these trails become outdoor classrooms and meeting places. We are interrupting the noise, allowing space for reflection, conversation, and a natural, non-clinical way to process the weight.
Walkers, educators, veterans groups, and wellness providers bring their own voices and talents to the trail—shaping the movement in real-time, in their own landscape.

The Space for Connection
Connection doesn’t need to be manufactured; it just needs the right setting.
During National Grace Trail Month, the physical path acts as a common language for neighbors, veterans, and students alike. It’s a shared framework that turns a solitary moment into a collective experience of resilience.

A MOVEMENT IN BLOOM
National Grace Trail Month is curated, not dictated. Because resilience is a local practice, we meet people where they live, work, and heal—integrating the five-question framework into the landscapes they already know.
From VA medical centers to university campuses, this movement scales to fit the community. By providing the space and the questions, we allow people to simply be—creating a rare opportunity to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with themselves and each other.
THE ANTIDOTE TO THE NOISE
In a world of constant digital saturation, the Grace Trail offers a necessary environmental intervention. This isn't just about stepping outside; it's about utilizing the physical landscape to interrupt the autopilot of daily life.
The five questions act as a visual circuit-breaker, allowing the mind to shift from screen fatigue to a state of soft fascination and deep resilience.

A Growing Tradition
What began as a simple invitation to walk the five questions has grown into a significant nationwide shared tradition—one that honors the inherent resilience that exists within every community.
