A WAY TO WALK FORWARD — FOR EVERYONE.
THE HEART OF GRACE TRAIL
Grace Trail is rooted in a simple belief: that people don’t always need answers —
they need space.
Space to pause.
Space to listen.
Space to notice what is already present.
When reflection happens in motion — outdoors, in community, or in everyday life —
it becomes more accessible, more human, and easier to share.
How Grace Trail Began
In 2000, during a challenging time in her life, Anne experienced a moment that would become the beginning of Grace Trail.
Five words — and the questions behind them — appeared unexpectedly, offering a simple structure for reflection and resilience.
Those five questions became the foundation of Grace Trail.

A Growing Movement
Today, Grace Trail continues to resonate with veterans, educators, healthcare leaders, and communities seeking meaningful ways to reflect, connect, and move forward.
Each trail is created through partnership with local leaders who bring the practice to life in their own landscape and community.
What connects them all is a shared belief: that simple questions, asked with curiosity and presence, can open space for resilience, connection, and new perspective.
NATIONAL GRACE TRAIL MONTH
Each May, communities across the Grace Trail network celebrate National Grace Trail Month, aligning with Mental Health Awareness Month.
Throughout the month, trails host walks, gatherings, and community reflections — sharing moments from their trails and inviting others to experience the five guiding questions.
Licsenced Trails and local partners participate in ways that reflect their communities — highlighting stories, gratitude, and the people who help bring each trail to life.
As more trails emerge, National Grace Trail Month continues to grow as a shared moment of connection, gratitude, and community engagement.
