BRING A CUSTOM TRAIL
TO LIFE

Transforming everyday landscapes into permanent wellness hubs.

OUR MISSION

In a world of digital saturation, we transform shared landscapes into somatic wellness ecosystems. Using the five questions as visual circuit-breakers, our custom installations offer a necessary reset for the nervous system—inviting us to slow down, reconnect, and move together.

WHAT IS A CUSTOM GRACE TRAIL?

What is a Custom Grace Trail

Custom Grace Trail installations are permanent outdoor reflection experiences found in parks, campuses, healthcare systems, and communities across the country

Custom Grace Trails

Born on the Plymouth waterfront, Grace Trail has grown into a nationwide movement.

Each Custom Grace Trail is a thoughtfully designed, place-based installation that integrates five guiding questions into the landscape through permanent signage.

Every trail is uniquely designed to reflect its location and the people who walk it.

Where Custom Grace Trails Live

Our Custom Trails integrate seamlessly into shared outdoor spaces and have been installed in places such as:

• Municipal parks and waterfronts
• University and school campuses
• Healthcare systems and hospital grounds
• Faith communities and retreat centers
• Nature preserves and walking paths
• Nonprofit and community spaces

In many communities, a Grace Trail begins with one person — a trailblazer who sees the need and helps bring the vision to life.
